What the role involves

You will

• Call customers who have enquired about loans and credit cards, understand their requirement and explain suitable options
• Collect the basic details lenders need and set the file up correctly the first time
• Follow up enquiries professionally — no pressure tactics, one clear ask per call
• Record every call outcome accurately in the system

You need

• 12th pass or above; graduates preferred
• Fluent Hindi and workable English on the phone
• A clear speaking voice and the patience to explain things simply
• Freshers welcome — telecalling or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement

What the role involves

You will

• Handle inbound calls and messages from customers with applications in progress
• Chase pending documents politely and keep files moving
• Coordinate between the customer, the sales floor and lender processes
• Escalate genuine problems quickly rather than letting them sit

You need

• Graduate in any stream preferred
• Fluent Hindi and basic written English
• Comfortable with computers — typing, email and simple data entry
• A calm head with an unhappy caller

You will

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of tele-sales advisors day to day
• Listen to calls and give specific, usable feedback
• Own the team's daily targets and report performance honestly
• Help design the pitch and process as the floor takes shape

You need

• At least 2 years in tele-sales or a call centre, with time spent leading or mentoring
• Experience in loans, insurance or financial products is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with targets, dashboards and difficult conversations
• Fluent Hindi and functional English

• Graduate, preferably in commerce or a related field
• Careful with paperwork and detail — this role lives on accuracy
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and web-based systems
• Banking, NBFC, DSA or back-office experience is a plus
